Job Title: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

HoReCa(Specialty Coffee)

Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru.

Job Summary: We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs) sales for our specialty coffee range. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with premium cafs, restaurants, and hospitality partners, while expanding our footprint in the B2B segment. Experience in gifting sales and handling premium clientele will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow HoReCa sales by onboarding new hotels, cafs, and restaurant clients
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing premium accounts
Drive sales of specialty coffee products across B2B channels
Identify recent business opportunities in cafs, fine dining restaurants, boutique hotels, and corporate clients
Collaborate with caf partners to promote retail packs and increase off-take
Plan and execute product presentations, sampling sessions, and client meetings




Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, supply chain) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Support gifting sales initiatives, especially during festive and corporate seasons

Key Requirements:
2- 5 years of experience in HoReCa / B2B sales (preferably in coffee, FMCG, or premium food & beverage)
Strong network within cafs, restaurants, and hospitality industry is preferred
Experience in handling premium or luxury clientele will be an added advantage
Exposure to gifting or corporate sales is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel locally as required

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge or passion for specialty coffee
Robust presentation and client engagem
