Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules. N
Manage software licensecompliance, normalization, reconciliation, and optimization. N
Configure software models, license metrics, publishers, and entitlements. N
Implement hardware asset lifecycle processes including procurement, deployment, transfer, refresh, and disposal. N
Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with discovery tools, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Flexera, Snow, and other asset sources. N
Configure and maintain CMDB, asset repositories, and related workflows. N
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using: N
