ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive / Account Executive to join our advertising agency.

The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the agency's creative, digital, design, content, and performance marketing teams.

This is an ideal chance for a fresher or a candidate with up to 1 year of experience who wants to build a career in advertising, marketing, branding, and client management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Client Coordination
Communicate with clients through email, calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Understand client requirements, briefs, expectations, and deadlines.
Maintain regular communication and provide timely updates.
Build positive and qualified relationships with clients.
Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, content, and required inputs.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with creative, graphic design, video, content, social media, SEO, and performance marketing teams.
Convert client requirements into transparent internal briefs.




Ensure tasks are assigned to the right team members.
Track work progress and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate revisions and ensure client feedback is properly communicated to the internal team.
Campaign & Project Management
Maintain timelines and deliverables for client projects.
Prepare and maintain task trackers.
Monitor campaign and content calendars.
Ensure deliverables are shared with clients on time.
Identify delays or issues and escalate them to the Account Manager.
Understanding Advertising & Digital Marketing

The candidate should develop a basic understanding of:
Branding and advertising
Social media marketing
Content marketing
Digital campaigns
SEO and SEM
Performance marketing
Creative design
Video and content production
Influencer marketing
Basic marketing analytics

The candidate is not expected to be an expert, but should be willing to learn and understan
