Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and high-performing
Senior Business Development Manager
to lead our high-ticket sales drive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring corporate accounts, establishing long-term venue partnerships (Hotels/Lounges/Clubs), and closing large-scale wedding and private event entertainment deals.

The ideal candidate has a deep network within the event and hospitality industries,



proven high-ticket consultative sales capabilities, and a passion for the live music and entertainment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Enterprise Sales
Drive business acquisition across key segments:
Corporate Events, Luxury Weddings, MICE, and Nightlife/HORECA
.
Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and client discovery to pitching, custom proposal creation, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Strategic Key Account Management & Alliances
Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior stakeholders (CXOs, HR Heads, Event Directors, Procurement Leads, Wedding Planners).
Establish retainer partnerships with 5-star hotels, resorts, and premium lounges for recurring live entertainment bookings.
Cross-sell and upsell premium packages, celebrity artist bookings, and end-to-end tal
