Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Manager of IT and contribute to shaping our technological future. In this leadership position, you'll guide a cooperative team of IT specialists while advancing digital transformation across our organization. You'll develop and implement comprehensive IT roadmaps that align with our business objectives, oversee core business systems,



and ensure reliable operation of our IT infrastructure. This role offers an opportunity to innovate and contribute significantly as you collaborate with business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions that drive growth and efficiency. You'll be responsible for managing IT operations, maintaining security compliance, and cultivating a culture of excellence in technical support and service delivery.
Requirements
Master’s degree with 6+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years, of experience in IT leadership, product management, or technology management.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Product Management, Cloud, AI) preferred.
Proven experience leading enterprise IT, digital transformation, AI, automation, or technology product initiatives.
Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, e-commerc
