Job Title: Store Officer

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Officer to join our team at JJM. As a Store Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, including managing inventory, organizing stock, and ensuring effective and accurate product distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements
Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
Organize and maintain the store layout to optimize space and efficiency
Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies
Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team




Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
