Job Summary

Vastucraft Architect & Construction is looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer to handle residential, commercial, office, hospitality, and institutional interior projects. The candidate should be capable of developing designs from the concept stage through detailed drawings, estimation, material selection, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop interior concepts, space planning, layouts, furniture plans, and mood boards.
Prepare detailed working drawings, ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, wall elevations, furniture details, and electrical layouts.
Create high-quality 3D visualizations and client presentations.
Prepare BOQ, material specifications, quantity estimates, and preliminary project budgets.
Select suitable finishes, furniture, lighting, sanitary fittings, fabrics, laminates, tiles,



and other materials.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, vendors, contractors, and site engineers.
Attend client meetings and incorporate approved revisions.
Conduct site visits and ensure that work is executed as per approved designs.
Review samples, shop drawings, and mock-ups before execution.
Monitor project quality, timeline, and finishing standards.

Required Skills
Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Revit will be an advantage.
Good understanding of materials, furniture detailing, lighting, and site execution.
Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
