Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager- Safety to join our team at Titan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all safety-related activities within the company's eyecare-ISCM department.



This includes developing and implementing safety policies, conducting safety audits, and providing training to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in line with local and international regulations
Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
Provide safety training to employees and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Investigate and report on any safety incidents or accidents that occur within the department
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and healthy work setting
Stay updated on current safety regulations and standards and implement necessary changes
Manage a team of safety officers and provide guidance and support as needed
Prepare and present safety reports to senior management

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
