Whim Brim is a premium D2C cap brand built around expressive character streetwear. With 15,000+ customers across India, we're growing rapidly and looking for an Operations & Customer Support Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, comfortable communicating with customers, and enjoys solving day-to-day e-commerce and operations problems.

What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day order processing and order management
Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, and Phone
Manage returns, replacements, and refunds
Coordinate with logistics partners and monitor shipment tracking
Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) and RTO (Return to Origin) cases
Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency




Work closely with the team and founders to build better systems and processes as the company grows

What We're Looking For
0–3 years of experience in customer support, e-commerce operations, or a similar role
12th pass or graduate
Good command of English
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and well organized
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
Fast learner with a practical problem-solving mindset
Able to take ownership and work independently
Comfortable handling multiple customer and operational issues simultaneously
