Are you passionate about driving measurable growth through paid advertising? We’re looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale high-performing digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

• Manage budgets while maintaining strong ROAS, CPA, and conversion metrics.

• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy planning.

• Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking.

• Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.

• Generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with designers, developers,



and SEO teams to improve campaign performance and landing page conversion rates.

• Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify optimization opportunities.

• Stay updated with the latest advertising platform updates, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

• Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube).

• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.

• Solid understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, remarketing, and funnel optimization.

• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹2 Lakhs+.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Solid communication and reporting abilities.
