Contractor Management: Hire external vendors and contractors for major repairs or specialized construction jobs.
Preventive Maintenance: Design and run routine upkeep programs to stop small infrastructure issues from turning into major failures.
Budget and Inventory: Track spending for repair materials. Order tools and raw supplies while keeping costs within target limits.
Safety Compliance: Make sure all daily work matches local health, building, and OSHA/safety laws.
Record Keeping: Log completed repairs, material usage, and asset condition reports
