We are seeking an experienced
Talent Acquisition Manager
to lead our client's in-house recruitment function and partner with
senior business leaders and global stakeholders
to drive strategic hiring across the organization.

This is a
hands-on leadership role
requiring a solid combination of Talent Acquisition strategy, recruitment delivery, team management, stakeholder management, and leadership hiring. The ideal candidate will be a
player-coach
who can lead and develop a recruitment team while personally managing critical, niche, and senior-level searches.

The candidate should have solid experience working with
global leadership teams across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other international markets
, with the ability to understand business requirements, influence hiring decisions, and build effective talent strategies.

Noida – Work from Office, 5 Days a Week

2:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Stakeholder Management




Develop and execute TA strategies aligned with business growth and workforce requirements.
Partner with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders across global markets.
Act as a strategic talent advisor, providing market intelligence and hiring recommendations.
Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Hands-on Recruitment & Leadership Hiring
Personally lead end-to-end recruitment for niche, critical, and leadership positions.
Source, engage, assess, and close senior talent across technology and business functions.
Manage searches for Director, VP, Technical Architect, Program Manager, and other strategic roles.
Drive targeted headhunting, market mapping, passive candidate engagement, and offer closure.

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
Set hiring goals, allocate recruitment responsibilities, and monitor team productivity.
Coach recruiters on sourcing, stakeholder m
