Job description for
Field Sales Engineer

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Executive Field Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical understanding of electrical products and experience in dealing with LV/MV Switchboard Manufacturers, OEMs, Panel Builders, and related customers.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in the electrical industry.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with LV/MV Switchboard Manufacturers, OEMs, Panel Builders and customers.
Conduct regular customer visits, site visits, and meetings to understand requirements and generate business.
Promote and sell the company's range of electrical products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales deals effectively.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and objections professionally.




Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and payment-related matters.
Work on various projects and assignments as allocated by the company.
Maintain accurate customer and sales-related information using Google Documents and other digital tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and achieve better business results.

Required Technical Knowledge
The candidate should have a good understanding of:
Control & Relay Panels (CRP) and its components
Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
Numerical & Auxiliary Relays
Fundamentals of Power Systems
Network Automation
Electrical protection and automation concepts
LV/MV Switchboards and associated electrical products
Robust technical knowledge with an interest in electrical product sales.
Excellent business development and sales skills.
Good negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
