Job Summary:

We are seeking a agile Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for driving sales and supporting marketing activities for TMT steel bars. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, and brand promotion in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate recent leads and develop potential customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and builders
Promote and sell TMT steel bars in B2B and B2C segments
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Achieve assigned sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Follow up on payments and customer feedback
Report daily/weekly activities to the Zonal Manager

Skills Required:




Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Basic marketing and field sales knowledge
Ability to work independently and actively in fieldwork
Willingness to travel

Preferred Candidates
Freshers with interest in sales & marketing can apply
Experience in steel, construction, or building materials is an added advantage

Salary As per industry standards + Incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
