Business Development Manager – Growth, Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

About the Prospect

WeNext is a B2B technology product focused on scaling customer acquisition through outbound sales and performance-driven digital marketing. We are hiring a Business Development Manager who owns lead generation, Ads-based paid acquisition, and revenue pipeline growth.

This is an in office role in India, ideal for specialists who combine B2B sales execution with hands-on Paid Ads and growth marketing.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development
Build predictable B2B pipelines through outbound and inbound channels.
Prospect and qualify accounts using:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Cold email & automated sequences
Manage CRM pipelines and improve MQL → SQL → Closure velocity.

Paid Ads & Performance Marketing (Core Responsibility)
Plan, execute, and optimise Google and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns end-to-end.
Drive B2B lead generation through:
Lead Forms
Website conversion campaigns
Retargeting and funnel-based ads




Optimise campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
Manage budgets, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
Implement and monitor:
Meta Pixel
Conversion events
UTMs and attribution tracking
Manage and optimise:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
LinkedIn Ads (B2B targeting)
Coordinate landing pages and ad messaging for higher conversion rates.

Analytics, CRM & Optimisation
Track performance using:
GA4
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads dashboards
Maintain CRM data hygiene and reporting.
Analyse CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
Convert learnings into repeatable growth playbooks.

Must-Have Skills (2+ Years Experience)

Mandatory
Paid Ads Manager (Facebook, Google & Instagram) — hands-on experience running and optimising lead generation and conversion campaigns.
