Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide customer support through non-voice and chat channels .
Offer exceptional support while communicating and assisting international customers.
Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Resolve tickets by analyzing customer-reported information to identify problems and concerns, providing accurate and timely solutions.

Skills Requirement:
Excellent written communication skills in English ,



with solid grammar and spelling, suitable for an international audience.
Ability to provide exceptional support and maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions.
Robust analytical skills to identify and resolve customer problems and concerns.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.
