Key Responsibilities

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned team.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
Ensure a positive customer experience through professional written communication.





Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience in Email Support / Customer Support / International Email Support
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust English grammar, spelling, and sentence construction.
Valuable typing speed and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
Positive problem-solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer support setting.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication tools.
