We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise systems environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute within a dynamic team of IT professionals while supporting the technology needs of a global skilled services organization.
Gain broad exposure to Hill’s enterprise systems and support ongoing system optimization initiatives.
Assist with the implementation of recent business applications, as well as enhancements and upgrades to existing systems.
Provide application support, end-user training, and continuous process improvement across supported platforms.
Develop ad hoc reports and perform data analysis for Deltek Vantagepoint Finance and CRM data.
Develop ad hoc reports and perform data analysis for Human Resources data using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications BI Publisher.
Provide reporting support for users of Hill’s Deltek Vantagepoint platform and other enterprise systems.
Develop models and functional specifications for business intelligence solutions.




Follow SDLC and Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle, including design, development, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment.
Collaborate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, and Executive Management.
Provide Tier 3 support by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving user tickets submitted through ServiceNow.
Experience with SQL, Visual Studio, SQL Server and Oracle databases, data services, and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI and Qlik.
Familiarity with ERP and cloud-based applications such as Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Vision CRM is preferred.
Working knowledge of financial and human resources concepts.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established guidance and processes.
