We are seeking a highly experienced and talented AGM level Interior Designer with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior designs for various real estate projects.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the interior design team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop design concepts that meet client requirements
Oversee the selection of materials, furniture, and finishes for each project
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in interior design
Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
15+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on real estate projects
Solid leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities




Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
