For Freshers

No prior experience required. Candidates will be provided practical training and guidance according to their assigned department and trade.

Career Chance: Based on performance, attendance, learning ability and skill development, candidates may be considered for permanent/advanced technical roles.
Operate machines and tools as per company instructions.
Assist senior technicians and operators in daily work.
Perform fitting, assembly, fabrication,



machining or electrical work as per trade.
Follow production drawings, work instructions and supervisor instructions.
Check basic dimensions and quality of the work.
Maintain tools, machines and workplace cleanliness.
Follow 5S, safety rules and PPE requirements.
Report machine problems, defects or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
Complete assigned work within the given time.
Learn new machines, processes and technical skills through on-the-job training.
Maintain discipline, attendance and punctuality.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per day
