OPM Corporation Private Limited is looking for an experienced
Full Stack Developer – React/Next.js + Node.js
with
4+ years of professional experience
to join our technology team in Bhubaneswar.

The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance web applications across both frontend and backend. The role requires robust hands-on expertise in
React.js, Next.js, Node.js, APIs, databases, and modern software development practices

The candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Develop responsive and scalable web applications using
React.js and Next.js
.
Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using
Node.js
.
Design, develop and integrate APIs with frontend applications.
Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable and well-tested code.
Debug, troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Optimise applications for performance, scalability and security.




Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and sprint planning.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, project managers and client teams.
Understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
Follow Git-based development and standard software engineering practices.
Support application deployment and production issues when required.
Communicate progress, challenges and technical requirements effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements
4+ years of professional experience
in full-stack web development.
Solid hands-on experience with
React.js, Next.js and Node.js
.
Solid knowledge of
JavaScript/TypeScript
.
Experience building and consuming
REST APIs
.
Good understanding of databases such as
PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB
.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive web development.
Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version-contro
