Qualification

About the RoleWe are looking for dynamic and self-driven Enterprise Sales Executives to join our North India Enterprise Sales team. The role is focused on acquiring new enterprise customers, building strategic relationships, and driving payment gateway and value-added solutions across multiple industry verticals.The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, solid business acumen, and the ability to manage the complete sales lifecyclefrom prospecting to onboarding and account support.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise merchants across assigned territories.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital outreach, and market research.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with CXOs, founders, finance teams, and key decision-makers.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM and regular follow-ups.




Deliver product presentations and solution demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.

Client Acquisition & Negotiation
Understand customer business models and recommend suitable payment solutions.
Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate pricing, commercials, and contract terms.
Drive prospects from initial engagement to successful closure.
Coordinate internally with product, integration, operations, and compliance teams for smooth merchant onboarding.

Relationship Management
Provide post-sales support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Build long-term relationships with merchants to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during the onboarding phase.

Market Intelligence
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry opportunities.
Identify recent business segments and develop
