Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Growth




Develop and implement annual sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
Identify recent market segments (industrial, warehouse, logistics, commercial PEB projects).
Drive lead generation frameworks and ensure a strong sales pipeline.
Expand customer base across retail, institutional, and project clients.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead and manage teams, including:
Sales Executives (Retail & Project)
CRE (Customer Relationship Executives)
CRM Team
Marketing Team
Set KPIs, targets, and performance benchmarks for all team members.
Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance evaluations.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, architects, and EPC contractors.
Oversee client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures for high-value projects.
