Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Centre Coordinator / Centre Manager to manage centre operations, support business growth, coordinate teams, and ensure a positive learning experience for students and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have experience in education management, EdTech operations, centre management, or a related customer-facing workplace, along with robust leadership, people management, sales, and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Support the centre's operational and business objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of programmes and activities.
Manage student enrolments and maintain robust student and stakeholder relationships.
Monitor team performance and support staff development and mentoring.




Assist with manpower planning and effective resource utilization.
Maintain service quality and ensure a positive student experience.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Support sales and marketing activities to contribute to centre growth.
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, partners, and other stakeholders.
Monitor centre performance and work towards achieving business and operational targets.
Support the implementation of learning programmes and maintain programme quality.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of assigned activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in education management, EdTech operations, centre management, sales, or a related field.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
