Roles and Responsibilities:
General Administration & HR activities.
Maintaining the company's statutory registers.
HR Management:
Manpower planning and development
Assisting in Performance appraisal
Office management, Work studies and performance standards
Conducting interviews and recruitment process with respect to manpower requirement on getting prior permission from the management
Facilitating the onboarding process for recent hires, including orientation and training
Conducting exit interviews and managing the offboarding process
Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
Mediating conflicts and fostering a positive work setting
Providing support and guidance to employees on HR related matters
Implementing performance appraisal systems and conducting performance reviews
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment, health, and safety
Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures
Keeping abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and ensuring
