Pattumart is a B2B kids wear business focused on supplying stylish, comfortable, and commercially viable kids wear to retailers, resellers, wholesalers, distributors, boutiques, and online sellers.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive Sales & Marketing who can take ownership of both B2B sales and digital demand generation. The role requires a combination of sales expertise, marketing knowledge, digital marketing capabilities, AI-assisted content creation, and a strong understanding of B2B customer acquisition.

The candidate should be someone who actively looks for current ways to generate demand, experiment with marketing strategies, create high-performing advertising creatives, and convert digital enquiries into B2B sales.

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for:
Generating and converting B2B leads.
Developing current retailers, resellers, wholesalers, distributors, and online sellers.
Managing B2B sales channels such as IndiaMART.




Planning and executing Meta and Google marketing initiatives for B2B lead generation.
Creating and testing engaging Meta ad creatives using AI tools.
Developing social media content and campaigns to create B2B demand.
Building a structured and scalable sales funnel from marketing to conversion.
Using automation, remarketing, WhatsApp, CRM, and other tools to nurture leads.
Researching recent sales strategies, digital marketing techniques, and customer acquisition opportunities.
Analysing campaign and sales performance and continuously improving conversion.
Contributing directly to B2B revenue and customer acquisition targets.
