Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from Blinkit delivery partners (riders).
Resolve rider queries related to:
Order assignment and delivery status
Payment and incentive-related issues
App login and technical problems
Address and navigation issues
Order cancellation and return-related concerns
Delivery partner account-related queries
Emergency/SOS and delivery-related issues
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to riders.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team or supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of rider interactions and complaints.
Follow defined processes, SOPs and quality guidelines.
Achieve assigned productivity, quality and customer-service targets.

Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable Hindi and English communication skills.




Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
