Job Description

Ecopmin Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Engineer to join our team.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are interested in B2B sales, customer handling, business development, and industrial products.

The candidate will regularly visit factories, industrial companies, and customer sites to generate business and understand customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Find and develop new B2B customers.
Visit factories and customer sites regularly.
Meet customers and understand their requirements.
Explain and present our products and solutions.
Generate leads through calls, visits, referrals, and networking.
Follow up with customers and enquiries.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Attend customer meetings and product discussions.
Follow up until the order is completed.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer and sales records.
Identify prospects for repeat business.





Requirements
Any Graduate.
0–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development is preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in speaking with customers.
Must be willing to travel for customer and factory visits.
Good follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint.
Candidates from Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Machinery, Manufacturing or Industrial Products background will have an advantage.

Important

This is a field-based B2B Sales position. Candidates must be comfortable with regular customer visits and travelling to factories/sites in and around Chennai and other locations as required.
