We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant – Strategy to work closely with the Director’s Office, providing executive support while assisting with strategic planning, business research, scheduling, and key priorities.

Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Preferred Background: Executive Assistance, Strategy, Business Analysis, Management Consulting, or Management Trainee
Working Days: 6 Days

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule.
Assist the Director in planning daily priorities, meetings, commitments, and important follow-ups.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal teams, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate the Director’s business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and other arrangements.
Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, reports, discussion points, and relevant information for the Director.
Assist in strategic planning, business research, and analysis for key business initiatives.
