Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end user acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels.
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search & UAC), Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, and retargeting platforms.
Build monthly and quarterly growth plans aligned with business objectives.
Identify high-performing geographies, industries, and customer segments.
Define and optimize the user acquisition funnel (Install → Signup → Trial → Paid Conversion).
Collaborate with SEO and Content teams to drive organic traffic and improve landing page conversions.
Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign messaging.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize CAC, CPI, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Build and maintain performance dashboards using GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, and other analytics tools.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Content, Sales, and Support teams to improve user acquisition and onboarding.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities and acquisition channels.




Stay updated with the latest trends in user acquisition, digital marketing, and ASO.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Apple Search Ads.
Experience in App Store Optimization (ASO) and mobile app growth.
Solid understanding of acquisition funnels, SaaS metrics, and customer lifecycle.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally.

Experience working with SaaS or subscription-based products.
Experience in Fintech, Invoicing, Billing, or Productivity applications
