We are seeking a strategic and highly driven AVP of Analytics Transformation & Advisory to lead a multi-dimensional organization in Healthcare Payment Integrity. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and advanced analytics, consulting directly with C-suite executives at major payers and providers. Your mandate is to reduce provider abrasion, optimize provider engagement, and spearhead highly scalable, cutting-edge solutions that directly impact the bottom line.

Business Growth & P&L; Impact: Drive overarching business metrics that significantly add to the top-line and profitability. Own the ROI frameworks for EXL’s revenue optimization business.
Next-Gen Capability Building: Champion the integration of state-of-the-art technologies into the analytics lifecycle. Pioneer the adoption of advanced frameworks, including Agentic AI and LLM agents, to automate complex decision-making and uncover recent patterns in structured and unstructured data.
Delivery & Operations Management
Outcomes-Driven Leadership: Maintain overall accountability for the Payment Integrity KPIs. Ensure the organization consistently meets commission-based revenue targets through meticulous operational excellence.
