Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced Payment Collection Executive to manage customer payment collections both from the office and by visiting the market/customers.

Key Responsibilities
Collect outstanding payments from customers through office and market visits.
Visit dealers, retailers, and customers for payment follow-ups.
Maintain proper records of collected and pending payments.
Coordinate with the accounts and sales team regarding outstanding amounts.
Follow up regularly with customers for timely payments.
Deposit/submit collected payments as per company procedure.
Prepare daily collection and pending-payment reports.




Maintain valuable relationships with customers while ensuring timely recovery.

Requirements
4 years of relevant experience in payment collection/recovery.
Experience in electrical distribution or a similar business will be preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to travel in the market for collection work.
Basic knowledge of payment records and accounts.
Honest, responsible, and punctual.
