Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator for Horamavu Bangalore location to support the sales team in daily operations. The role involves handling purchase orders, preparing invoices, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and in a timely manner
Generate and manage sales invoices as per company guidelines
Handle vendor registration documentation and maintain updated vendor records
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, logistics) to ensure timely order execution
Track orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure smooth operations
Maintain proper documentation and records of sales transactions
Assist the sales team with reports, quotations, and client communication
Follow up with clients and vendors for pending documents, payments, or approvals

Requirements:




Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
Positive knowledge of invoicing, PO processing, and vendor management
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/software systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Valuable communication and coordination abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
