Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts
Indore-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate immediately

Job Responsibilty
Handle day-to-day activities related to the US healthcare process
Communicate professionally with US customers/patients as required
Understand and process customer queries accurately




Maintain process documentation and data accuracy
Follow company policies, quality standards and process guidelines
