Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete lifecycle of interior fit-out projects from planning to handover
Handle commercial & corporate interior projects (offices, IT parks, corporate spaces)
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors
Robust supervision of site execution, quality control, and safety compliance
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings
Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project requirements
Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve site-level issues
Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to management
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, cost, and quality standards

Technical Skills & Knowledge
Solid knowledge of interior fit-out works including civil, carpentry, gypsum, flooring, ceilings, electrical & HVAC , MEP coordination
Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, measurements, and billing
Knowledge of commercial office standards and corporate compliance norms
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project management tools

Required Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial & corporate interior fit-out projects
Experience working with reputed interior contracting firms preferred
