Responsible for project execution and delivery with competence in order to deliver technical solutions within the cost, quality and timeliness defined in the project scope
Responsible for compliance with the determined work processes in order to ensure quality delivery of the project
Responsible for compliance to design guidelines defined locally and globally for embedded software area
Manage relationship within technology organization locally and globally
Define short- and long-term need of competencies and resources
Responsible for compliance to legislative and environmental related requirements within the operational field
Prepare, Own and maintain respective cost center budget
Responsible for development and appraisal management of direct reports
Secure succession planning
