Role & responsibilities
Perform chemical analysis using XRF, LECO CS844, and conventional wet chemistry methods.
Test and monitor raw materials, process samples, and finished products.
Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration records, and test documentation.
Ensure compliance with NABL, BIS, ISO 9001, and QMS requirements.
Prepare quality reports and maintain data in Oracle ERP.
Support internal/external audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor laboratory consumables and assist in QC budget preparation.
Preferred candidate profile
Ferro Alloys, Mining, Metallurgical, Steel, or Process Industries.
