JOB DESCRIPTION – ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Generate leads through various channels, including digital leads, referrals, direct enquiries, and channel partners.
Handle customer enquiries, understand their requirements, and provide suitable project solutions.
Conduct project presentations, site visits, property demonstrations, and follow-ups with prospective customers.
Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers throughout the sales cycle.
Monitor sales pipelines, lead status, follow-ups, bookings,



and collections.
Coordinate with the CRM, Marketing, Finance, and Project teams to ensure smooth customer transactions.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
Support the Sales Manager in managing and inspiring the sales team to achieve targets.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company sales processes and policies.
Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.

Strong knowledge of Construction / Real Estate Sales
