Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Placement Coordinator to manage placement activities, coordinate with candidates and companies, and support students throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with companies regarding job openings and interview schedules.
Share relevant job prospects with candidates.
Manage candidate applications, interview schedules, and follow-ups.
Coordinate mock interviews and interview preparation activities.
Maintain candidate placement records and status updates.
Communicate with candidates regarding interviews, selections, and joining processes.




Build and maintain professional relationships with hiring companies.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in HR, recruitment, placement coordination, or training institutes.

Pay: ₹8,379.15 - ₹38,648.99 per month
