Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture strategic customer accounts within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and business leaders.
Understand customers' business objectives and align Salesforce solutions to meet their needs.
Identify opportunities for account expansion through Salesforce implementation services, managed services, support, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across Salesforce Clouds and related offerings.
Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Consultants, and Sales teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Conduct & Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and account health reviews at any of the office premises.
Own customer renewals, commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and account growth strategies.
Track customer success metrics, account performance, and revenue forecasts.
Resolve customer escalations by coordinating with cross-functional teams.




Stay current with Salesforce product updates, licensing models, and industry trends.

Mandatory Requirements:
5 to 10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, Enterprise Sales, or Account Management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Must have worked with a Salesforce Consulting Partner, Salesforce ISV, Salesforce System Integrator (SI), or an organization delivering Salesforce implementation or managed services.
Robust understanding of Salesforce products and platforms.
Experience managing enterprise customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
Proven track record of revenue growth, customer retention, and strategic account management.
Experience coordinating with technical, delivery, and consulting teams.
Robust understanding of CRM, SaaS, and enterprise software business models.
