Required BE or Diploma (Mechanical / Fabrication Technology) with 3 to 5 Year experience in Heavy SS Fabrication Work, Presser vessel, Heat Exchanger, Chemical Reactor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Design & Drafting on AutoCAD or ZWCAD design software
Prepare digital GA Drawing, P&I; Drawing, schematic Drawing, assembly drawing & part drawing, standard data sheet details drawing on cad design software as per intimation by senior or design person
Maintain drawing register, drawing number register, filling record and drawing in proper filling method develop by company
Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials
Detailing of drawings in terms of material, size and measurement needs to be mentioned as per shop floor or client requirements with accessories & general work
Describe production methods through “Process Chart” step-by-step (including equipment and software types to be used)
Prepare Models, Bill of Material,



Indent quantity as per BOM & prepare in ERP Software
Prepare design as per IS/ASME norms by considering Cost, Effectiveness and Safety of the design and Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards
Prepare as built drawing software and maintain record
Prepare daily working report
To make nomenclature as per drawing part
Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality
Look after modification/alterations in drawings as per requirement
Work with engineers to gather product requirements and design
Prepare manual drawing as per existing part details in shop floor as per requirement rough sketches form part as and when require

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
