We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Residential Leasing Manager to handle rental/leasing operations for residential properties. The role involves managing client inquiries, understanding rental requirements, conducting property visits, negotiating rental terms, and closing leasing deals while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle rental/leasing inquiries for residential properties
Understand client requirements including budget, preferred location, property type, and occupancy timeline
Recommend suitable rental properties to clients
Coordinate and conduct property/site visits
Follow up with prospective tenants and maintain regular communication
Negotiate rental terms between owners and tenants
Manage complete leasing process from inquiry to closure
Maintain client database and update lead status regularly
Coordinate with property owners regarding availability and pricing
Achieve monthly leasing targets and business goals





Requirements:
Experience in real estate leasing/rental sales preferred
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle clients professionally
Good understanding of Hyderabad residential rental market is an advantage
Target-driven and self-motivated personality
Basic knowledge of CRM/lead management tools is preferred
