About the Role

London IVF Centre is looking for a professional, warm and well-organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients visiting the clinic.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality and the ability to handle patients with empathy, patience and confidentiality, particularly during sensitive fertility treatment journeys.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming calls, enquiries and patient queries.
Schedule, confirm and manage doctor/patient appointments.
Coordinate patient flow and assist in maintaining smooth front-desk operations.
Register current patients and maintain accurate patient information.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, counsellors and other clinic staff.
Handle consultation fees, billing and payment receipts accurately.
Maintain daily appointment and patient records.




Follow up with patients regarding appointments and required visits.
Handle patient documents and information with strict confidentiality.
Respond to WhatsApp/online enquiries professionally when required.
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area.
Escalate patient concerns or operational issues to the concerned department.
Support general administrative activities of the clinic.

Requirements
Education: Graduate preferred; 12th pass candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in reception, front office, hospital, clinic or healthcare administration preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive English and Telugu communication.
Pleasant personality and skilled appearance.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Good organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle patients calmly
