ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Corporate Finance qualified with solid experience in Debt Syndication, Fundraising, Corporate Banking and Financial Modelling to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end debt raising, lender relationships, financial modelling, credit appraisal, documentation and post-sanction banking operations.

This role is ideal for specialists from Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Debt Syndication, Commercial Banking, Credit or NBFC backgrounds who understand how to structure and execute debt transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Debt Syndication & Fundraising
Identify funding requirements and develop appropriate debt-raising strategies.
Structure working capital facilities, term loans, project finance, NCDs and other debt instruments.
Identify and evaluate suitable banks, NBFCs, private debt funds and financial institutions.




Manage lender discussions and negotiate interest rates, repayment terms, covenants, collateral and other commercial terms.
Drive the complete loan lifecycle from application/mandate → credit appraisal → sanction → documentation → CP fulfilment → disbursement.

Financial Modelling & Information Memorandum
Prepare detailed Information Memorandums (IMs), teasers, DPRs and lender presentations.
Build and maintain financial models covering:
P&L;
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow
Debt schedules
DSCR / ICR
Debt-to-EBITDA
LTV and other credit ratios
Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to assess repayment capacity and funding requirements.
Present financial information clearly to lenders and senior management.

Credit Appraisal & Due Diligence
Prepare comprehensive credit appraisal notes and lender submissions.
Analyse financial statements, cash flows, business performance and repaym
