ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Management: Monitor incoming marketplace orders and oversee the complete fulfillment cycle.
Logistics Coordination: Partner with courier services to ensure timely shipping and handle delivery exceptions.
Vendor Operations: Manage seller onboarding, monitor vendor compliance, and resolve order dispatch delays.
Inventory Control: Track stock levels across warehouses to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Returns & RTO: Oversee the Return-to-Origin (RTO) process and manage quality checks for returned goods.
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in daily workflows and implement scalable tech-driven solutions.

Qualifications & SkillsExperience:
1- 4 years in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and e-commerce dashboard management.
Problem Solving: Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced workplace and make quick, data-driven decisions.
Communication: Solid negotiation and coordination skills to manage external vendors and logistics partners.
