Role

We are looking for an HR qualified with experience in the Construction, Real Estate, or Hotel/Hospitality industry to support HR business partnering across corporate and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Support HRBP activities and day-to-day employee requirements.
Assist with manpower planning, recruitment coordination and onboarding.
Track performance management cycles and prepare HR reports.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling and employee relations.
Coordinate learning & development and training activities.
Support HR operations, policies, employee lifecycle processes and compliance.
Prepare HR dashboards, MIS and analytics related to hiring, attrition and engagement.
Support HR projects, process improvements and policy implementation.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and project/site teams.

Educational Qualification




MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute.

Experience
5–8 years of HR experience.
Hands-on HR experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Hotel/Hospitality industry is required.
Experience in project/site-driven or multi-location settings will be an advantage.
Exposure to manpower planning, talent management, performance management and HR operations preferred.

Ideal Candidate
Proactive, organized and detail-oriented.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, HR MIS and data handling.
Comfortable working with project/site teams and multiple stakeholders.
Interested in building a long-term career in HR Business Partnering.
