Role & responsibilities
Compliance to shift maintenance activities, and attend all breakdown of the line equipment in bare minimum time.
To maintain forging line equipment in healthy condition.
To follow planned and preventive maintenance schedule.
To follow predictive maintenance and non-confirmative to be addressed.
To do why-why analysis deriving root cause and kaizen for all equipment downtime
To maintain equipment history card
To control maintenance spare cost within target
In-house repairing of repairable spare assembly.
To follow TPM approach and 5S activities in concern area of work
To develop and enhance secure working setting

Preferred candidate profile
Siemens PLC, SCADA, HMI, Servo Drives, master Drives hands on experience.
AB and Siemens PLC programming and logic development expertise.
Fanuc or any other Robotic operational and programming expertise
Hydraulic and Utility
Furnace and Induction heater knowledge
SAP and Computerized maintenance management systems knowledge
