Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to oversee and manage solar project execution across multiple sites in Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and effective team coordination.
Roll & Responsibilities:
Manage complete life-cycle of solar projects from planning to commissioning
Oversee solar plant execution including site preparation, installation, and commissioning
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Lead and manage in office teams, contractors, and vendors
Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to safety and industry standards
Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management
Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, approvals) for smooth execution
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in solar project management
Solid knowledge of solar plant execution (ground mount preferred)
Proven experience in team management and coordination
Good understanding of quality standards and inspection processes
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to handle multiple sites/projects simultaneously
Good communication and reporting skills
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field
