Main Responsibility
Ensure properly execution of maintenance projects and know the set of technical assets/equipment.

Responsible for achievement of project targets in agreed quality, maintenance volume/budget & timelines.

Provide Civil Engineering expertise to maintenance projects in India for Civil & Interiors
(RCC or PEB structures for factory, utility building, Road & infrastructure, office & interior fitouts).

Handle Local Real estate lifecycle maintenance projects & customer specific maintenance projects.
Develop long term maintenance plans & applications for maintenance investments.
Plan & manage technical projects to ensure successful implementation.
Develop & implement technical concept/projects to reduce costs eg. Maintenance & opex.
Advise operational project management & customers in building technology aspects.
Ensure adherence to maintenance principles, guidelines & processes.
