Key Responsibilities:
Financial Recording: Maintain accurate financial records by keeping track of income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare budgets, conduct financial forecasts, and offer financial advice to ensure the organization meets its financial goals.
Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, while also strategizing for tax minimization.
Auditing: Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Reporting: Generate financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, and collections efficiently.
Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded.
